Abstract:
An object is to advantageously control a phase of an electromagnetic wave with high efficiency in wide bandwidth. A phase control device (100) includes a two dimensional array of a plurality of cube units (2, 3) that are configured to shift a phase of an electromagnetic wave passing through the cube units (2, 3). The cube units (2, 3) include at least two basic structures including different number of stacked metal layers separated from each other.
