A phase deviation compensation method and device. The method comprises: obtaining a first sinusoidal analog signal and a first cosinusoidal analog signal (S101); converting the first sinusoidal analog signal into a corresponding first sinusoidal digital signal, and converting the first cosinusoidal analog signal into a corresponding first cosinusoidal digital signal (S102); controlling, according to pulse edge changes of the first sinusoidal digital signal and the first cosinusoidal digital signal, a sampler to sample the first sinusoidal analog signal and the first cosinusoidal analog signal to obtain a first sinusoidal sampled signal and a first cosinusoidal sampled signal (S103); determining a phase deviation (S104); and performing phase compensation on the first sinusoidal sampled signal and the first cosinusoidal sampled signal on the basis of the phase deviation (S105). The phase deviation compensation method and device solves the problem in the related art of deterioration of high frequency detection results and inability to ensure the accuracy of high frequency phase compensation caused by a phase deviation detection and compensation method for signals subdivided by an absolute encoder being limited by the sampling rate of AD.
