Abstract:
A phase estimation device (31) according to the present invention is characterized by being provided with: a first calculation unit (310) that estimates a phase error included in a reception signal and that calculates, by use of an estimated value of the error and a signal obtained by correcting the phase of the reception signal by use of the estimated value, a total sum of squared errors between the estimated value and the signal; a second calculation unit (370) that calculates a threshold value by use of the total sum and a coefficient outputted by an external device; a comparator (190) that determines the magnitude relation between the total sum and the threshold value and outputs the determination result; and an outlier removal unit (210) that removes an outlier from the estimated value by use of the determination result.
