Abstract:
The present invention is provided with a filter circuit 1 in which transversal filters 10, 20, 30 are connected in parallel, such filters changing the amplitude and phase of an inputted digital signal Xin[n∙Ts] and outputting mutually different digital signals X1[n∙Ts], X2[n∙Ts], X3[n∙Ts] as digital signals for which the amplitude and phase were changed. The present invention is configured such that a phase frequency calculating unit 4 calculates the phase and the frequency using the digital signals X1[n∙Ts], X2[n∙Ts], X3[n∙Ts] outputted from the transversal filters 10, 20, 30, and calculates the phase θx[n∙Ts] and the frequency fx[n∙Ts] of the inputted digital signal Xin[n∙Ts].
