Abstract:

A phase locked loop, comprising: an oscillator; a digital switch capacitor array connected in parallel to a varactor in the oscillator, the digital switch capacitor array comprising N switch capacitors connected in parallel, and N being a positive integer greater than 1; a controller, configured to generate a level signal according to the change of a control voltage of the oscillator, and a first control word; and a regulation circuit, comprising: a smoothing circuit and N multi-path gating switches MUX, the smoothing circuit being configured to delay the flipping speed of the level signal to obtain a smoothing signal, the N MUXs respectively having one-to-one correspondence to the N switch capacitors, and the N MUXs being configured to perform gating control on the smoothing signal according to the first control word and output a control signal for controlling turn-on or turn-off of the N switch capacitors.
