Abstract:
A phase shifter (1) comprises: an apparatus transmission path (10); an antenna transmission path (11); a phase shifting transmission path (12) having first connecting sections (20a, 20b) and second connecting sections (21a, 21b), which are provided with the apparatus transmission path (10) and the antenna transmission path (11) such that the apparatus transmission path (10) and the antenna transmission path (11) are respectively sandwiched between the first connecting sections and the second connecting sections, and which are capacitively coupled to the transmission paths; and a pair of grounding layers (13a, 13b), which sandwich all of the apparatus transmission path (10), the antenna transmission path (11), and the phase shifting transmission path (12) in the same direction as the direction in which the first connecting sections (20a, 20b) and the second connecting sections (21a, 21b) sandwich the transmission paths.
