Abstract:
This phase shifter is provided with: a transformer (T) including a first coil (L1), a second coil (L2) magnetically coupled to the first coil (L1), and a parasitic inductance component; and an impedance adjustment circuit including a reactive element which is connected to the transformer (T). The impedance adjustment circuit has an input-output capacitance connected between a first port (P1) and a second port (P2) of the transformer (T). The input-output capacitance is formed from an inter-coil capacitance (C30) generated between the first coil (L1) and the second coil (L2), and an input-output added capacitance (C31) connected between the first port (P1) and the second port (P2).
