Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure are a phase shifter, a manufacturing method therefor, and an electronic device. The phase shifter comprises: a first substrate and a second substrate, which are arranged opposite each other; and a heat conduction structure, which is arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate, wherein orthographic projections of the heat conduction structure and phase shift units on the same substrate do not overlap each other.
