Provided is a phase shifter transmission device, which comprises: a housing; a main shaft, a first worm being arranged on the main shaft; a shifting structure, the shifting structure being provided with a rack; a first power mechanism, which is configured to enable the first worm to switch between a shifting and selection mode and a driving mode; a second power mechanism; and at least one output unit, each output unit being configured as able to match with the first worm, and when matched with the first worm, driving a corresponding phase shifter to move along with the rotation of the first worm; wherein when the first worm is in the shifting and selection mode, the second power mechanism is configured to drive the main shaft to rotate, causing the first worm to move relative to the shifting structure; and when the first worm is in the driving mode, the second drive mechanism is further configured to drive the main shaft to rotate, causing the first worm to drive an output unit matched with the first worm among the at least one output unit to move. The phase shifter transmission device of the present disclosure can save space and has high general usability.
