Abstract:
Disclosed is a 0 to 90° phase shifter (13) provided with a variable voltage power source (16), a transistor (17), a 90° splitter (18), variable gain amplifiers (19) (19-1, 19-2), and a combiner (20). The 90° splitter (18) splits an input signal into a signal obtained by shifting the phase by 90° and a signal obtained by not shifting the phase, and outputs the signals to the variable gain amplifiers (19). The variable gain amplifiers (19) (19-1, 19-2) output a signal obtained by modifying the amplitude according to the amount of phase shift control to the combiner (20). The combiner (20) combines and outputs the signal inputted from the two variable gain amplifiers (19). The impedance between the isolation port of the 90° splitter (18) and the source drain of the transistor connected thereto can be modified as appropriate.
