Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a phase tracking reference signal (PTRS) association indicating and sending method, a network device, and a terminal. The PTRS association indicating method comprises: sending indication information to the terminal, the indication information being used for indicating DMRS port information associated with a PTRS port when the terminal uses CP-OFDM waveform for uplink transmission.
