Abstract:
Disclosed are a phase transformation liquid and a heat transfer module containing same. The phase transformation liquid comprises the following components in parts by weight: cyclopentane: 60-80 parts; methyl acetate: 10-20 parts; and acetone: 10-20 parts. A heat dissipation condensation reflux upper cover of the heat transfer module is fixedly installed on a heat fetching and dissipating housing, the two combine to form a sealed cavity, and a vacuum cavity inside the sealed cavity is filled with the phase transformation liquid, wherein the phase transformation liquid accounts for 5%-20% of the entire vacuum cavity; and there is a mini straight groove in an inner side of the bottom of the heat fetching and dissipating housing; an exhaust hole is formed on the heat dissipation condensation reflux upper cover, and an exhaust screw is connected with the exhaust hole in a sealed manner. The heat transfer module not only has a high heat conduction efficiency and good chemical inertness, but will not corrode metal; and can also ensure that a device is maintained at a relatively low temperature during use. The module can be applied to energy-saving thermal management of LED lamps, high-performance computers, high-power lasers, and high-power electronic power equipment.
