Abstract:

Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a phased-array antenna, a display panel, and a display device. The phased-array antenna comprises: a first substrate and a second substrate arranged opposite of each other ; and multiple phased-array units located between the first substrate and the second substrate. At least one of the phased-array units comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode arranged opposite of the first electrode; a voltage-controlled phase-shifting material located between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the first electrode is configured to receive a bias signal for controlling the voltage-controlled phase-shifting material, and the second electrode is a grounding electrode; and a micro-strip line located at a side of the first electrode away from the voltage-controlled phase-shifting material and separated from the first electrode in an insulated manner, wherein the micro-strip line is configured to receive or send a transmission signal. The phased-array antenna provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure reduces signal losses and improves antenna gain.
