Abstract:
A phased array antenna (30) for which a plurality of blocks (2) having a plurality of transmission modules (21) are arranged, said antenna (30) having a front plate (1) internally equipped with a plurality of refrigerant flow paths, and an element power-supplying layer (3) that is equipped with a plurality of antenna elements connected to a plurality of the transmission modules (21), and that is positioned in a tightly adhering manner on one surface of the front plate (1). The block (2) is equipped with a heat spreader (22) positioned in a tightly adhering manner on the other surface of the front plate (1). The transmission modules (21) are mounted on the heat spreader (22), and the heat generated by the transmission modules (21) undergoes heat transport to a refrigerant via the heat spreader (22) and the front plate (1).
