Abstract:
A phased array ultrasonic testing method for a weld seam of a housing welded by using aluminum alloy, which relates to the technical field of weld seams of housings welded by using aluminum alloy and particularly, to quality detection technologies of the weld seams. A linear scanning check is carried out along a weld seam direction of a straight tube by using an phased array probe perpendicular to the weld seam. The present invention provides an optimized testing method for selecting parameters of a corresponding phased array probe according to the maximum thickness of a detected welded tube, thereby achieving the objectives of convenience, rapidness and accuracy and the objective for facilitating subsequent analysis.
