Abstract:
A phenolic resin composite plastic and a preparation method therefor. The composite plastic is obtained by means of compounding modified carbon fiber, nano-silicon dioxide, a modified filler, and a phenolic resin. In a compounding process, tetraethyl orthosilicate, ethanol, and a silane coupling agent are first added into a reaction kettle according to a weight ratio, and are mixed to prepare a dispersion liquid of tetraethyl orthosilicate; then phenol and formaldehyde or paraformaldehyde are used as raw materials and mixed and heated for pre-polymerization, and then a pre-polymerization product and the dispersion liquid of tetraethyl orthosilicate, and materials such as modified carbon fiber, ammonia water and a modified filler are mixed, and then heated for a polymerization reaction, so that the dispersion of the raw materials in the phenolic resin is ensured, avoiding limited dispersion of the various materials in the phenolic resin due to the high viscosity of the phenolic resin, and allowing the various materials to be uniformly dispersed in the phenolic resin, thereby improving the strength and toughness of the obtained phenolic resin.
