A compound represented by formula (1) of the present invention (in the formula, Q represents a group indicated by Q1 or a group indicated by Q2 (● represents a binding site with a benzene ring), E represents a C5-C6 cycloalkenyl group or the like, L represents an oxygen atom or NH, the combination of R1 and n represents a combination or the like in which R1 is a hydrogen atom and n is 1, and R2 represents a methyl group or the like), an N-oxide thereof, or an agriculturally acceptable salt thereof has an excellent control effect against pests.
