Abstract:
The present invention relates to a phenylurea compound capable of targeting SHP2, and a preparation method therefor, the use thereof and a pharmaceutical composition thereof. The compound is as represented by formula (I). The present invention further relates to a series of phenylurea SHP2 allosteric inhibitors having high SHP2 selective activity, which have a novel structure and are expected to solve the current situation of the lack of marketed inhibitor drugs for SHP2 at present.
