Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a phosphate ester fire-resistant fluid which can be widely applied to fields such as power, machinery, chemicals, energy and materials, particularly as fire-resistant hydraulic fluid for mechanic equipment. The phosphate ester provided in the present disclosure is prepared using the following material: tert-butylphenyl diphenyl phosphate, tri-tert-butylphenyl phosphate, triphenyl phosphate, antioxidant, corrosion inhibitor, demulsifier and antifoaming agent. According to the present disclosure, the components of the phosphate ester fire-resistant fluid synergize with each other such that the product is hard to ignite and is self-extinguishable. The product is also characterized by exceptional oxidation stability, heat stability, hydrolytic stability and good lubricity, and is a a fire-resistant hydraulic fluid which is safe, long-life and has excellent comprehensive performance. The preparation process is simple, the reaction conditions are mild, the raw materials are easily accessible, and the yield is high.
