Provided is a phosphor-containing film which is able to be suppressed in deterioration of a phosphor, and which is able to be suppressed in formation of bright dots due to deficits of a resin layer and in decrease of the luminance. This phosphor-containing film comprises: a phosphor-containing layer comprising a resin layer which has impermeability with respect to oxygen and is provided with a plurality of discretely arranged recesses, and a plurality of fluorescent regions, each of which is arranged in a recess of the resin layer and contains a phosphor that is deteriorated through a reaction with oxygen when exposed to oxygen; and a first substrate film and a second substrate film, which are respectively laminated on one main surface and the other main surface of the phosphor-containing layer. The fluorescent regions contain a binder and quantum dots serving as the phosphor. The resin layer has an elastic modulus of from 0.5 GPa to 10 GPa (inclusive); the recesses of the resin layer have a depth h of from 1 μm to 100 μm (inclusive); the width t between adjacent fluorescent regions is from 5 μm to 300 μm (inclusive); and the aspect ratio between the depth h and the width t between adjacent fluorescent regions, namely h/t is 3.0 or less.
