Abstract:
This phosphor element 10 is provided with: a phosphor layer 1 that is formed of a phosphor glass or a phosphor single crystal; a reflective film 2 that is provided on the phosphor layer 1; a warp suppressing layer 3 that is provided on the reflective film 2; and a supporting substrate 4 that is directly bonded to the warp suppressing layer 3. Excitation light A incident on the phosphor layer 1 is converted into fluorescence; and the fluorescence and the excitation light are reflected by the reflective film so as to be outputted from the phosphor layer.
