Abstract:
This phosphor substrate is a circuit board which has at least one electronic component is mounted on one surface, and is provided with: an insulation substrate; a circuit pattern layer which is arranged on one surface of the insulation substrate, has a flat surface facing the outside of the insulation substrate in the thickness direction, and which is bonded with a portion of said flat surface as at least one bonding surface bonded to the aforementioned at least one electronic component; A phosphor layer which is arranged on at least one non-bonding surface, which is at least an area on the aforementioned flat surface other than the aforementioned at least one bonding surface, and which contains phosphors which, when the light emitted by the at least one light-emitting element is the excitation light, have a light emission peak frequency in the visible range; the phosphor layer is a laminate structure.
