Title:
PHOSPHORAMIDITE DERIVATIVE HAVING TWO RING STRUCTURES, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME AND USE THEREOF
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/088377
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a phosphoramidite derivative having two ring structures, a method for producing the same, and a use thereof and, more particularly, to a bicyclic phosphoramidite derivative, a method for producing the same, and a method for producing aldehyde via hydroformylation of tri-substituted olefin using the same. The briphos ligand according to the present invention has achieved good reactivity and tertiary-carbon internal aldehyde selectivity as the present invention has developed a catalyst system suitable for a tri-substituted olefin hydroformylation reaction which was previously not able to achieve reactivity and internal aldehyde selectivity, by changing steric electronic properties. In the case of tBubriphos according to the present invention, reactions are processed under mild reaction conditions such as relatively low pressure and short reaction time as compared with conventional tri-substituted olefin hydroformylation reactions, and both cyclic compounds and linear compounds exhibited not only good reactivity and internal aldehyde selectivity but also resistance to a hydrogenation reaction that leads to a problem in the hydroformylation reaction. Also, the tBubriphos is useful for tri-substituted olefin hydroformylation reactions by exhibiting resistance without changes in functional groups present in a reactant.
