Provided are an ionic phosphorescent metal complex, a preparation method and use thereof, the structure of the complex is: [PtM 3{(PR" 2CH 2) 3P}(C≡CR)(C≡CR')(μ-Cl)] 2+A n-
2/n; wherein M is selected from the group consisting of Au (I) and Ag (I); R, R' and R"are the same or different, and are independently selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, aryl and heteroaryl; wherein each of the alkyl, the alkenyl, the alkynyl, the aryl and the heteroaryl may be substituted by one or more substituents selected from the group consisting of alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxyl, amino, halogen, haloalkyl, aryl and heteroaryl; the substituents are optionally further substituted by one or more of the following groups: alkyl, alkoxyl, amino, halogen, haloalkyl, aryl and heteroaryl; A n- is a monovalent or divalent anion, and n is 1 or 2; μ- represents bridging. The organic light-emitting diode prepared by using the ionic complex as a dopant of the light-emitting layer has an external quantum efficiency of 10% or more, and can be applied to the fields of flat panel display and daily illumination.
