Abstract:
A phosphorus-based material preparation, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof, the phosphorus-based material preparation containing a phosphorus-based material and calcium hydroxyphosphate modified on a surface of the phosphorus-based material. The phosphorus-based material is a material that may be converted to produce phosphate ions in an acidic environment. The phosphorus-based material preparation is highly stable in a neutral physiological environment, and may be applied to the preparation of a drug for treating tumors, which may effectively inhibit the proliferation and metastasis of tumor cells, thereby more effectively preventing the metastasis of cancer cells and the recurrence of tumors so as to improve a tumor treatment effect; in addition, throughout the entire treatment process, the phosphorus-based material preparation has less influence on normal tissue and cells, and is safe and reliable.
