Abstract:
The present invention relates to a flame-retardant compound. A phosphorus-containing fluorine-containing synergistic flame-retardant compound, and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises: reacting a diamido compound with 3,5 bis(trifluoromethyl)benzaldehyde in a first solvent, carrying out rotary evaporation, and drying to obtain an intermediate containing a carbon-nitrogen double bond; reacting the intermediate containing a carbon-nitrogen double bond with 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide in a second solvent, precipitating the product with a precipitant, then washing with the precipitant, and drying to obtain the phosphorus-containing fluorine-containing synergistic flame-retardant compound. The compound comprises two flame-retardant elements, phosphorus and fluorine, both of which have a synergistic flame-retardant effect. The compound can be used as a flame retardant, and has a desirable flame-retardant effect. The introduction of fluorine element can improve heat stability and chemical stability, lower material surface energy, and lower material dielectric constant and hydroscopic property, thereby satisfying the property requirements for electronic packaging materials. The compound contains two active groups, which helps to increase the compatibility thereof with a polymer material, thereby reducing the loss of flame retardant and improving the performance of the flame-retardant.
