Abstract:

Disclosed is a phosphorylated polycondensate as a high efficiency water reducing agent. The phosphorylated polycondensate uses phosphorylated melamine derivatives as the main adsorbing groups instead of conventional carboxyl groups and sulfonate groups, and aromatic alkoxy polyether as polymer side chains, providing a strong steric hindrance effect and improving the dispersity and the dispersion retaining performance of the polymer. The molecular structure of the polymer is formed from condensation of a phosphorylated melamine, an aldehyde and an aromatic alkoxy compound and has a comb shape. Also provided is a method for preparing a phosphorylated polycondensate as a high efficiency water reducing agent, wherein the polymerization process involves the steps of preparation, condensation and neutralization of a phosphorylated melamine monomer and can be accomplished using a "one-pot method". The resulting phosphorylated polycondensate, as a high efficiency water reducing agent, is well adapted to low-quality concrete raw materials.
