Abstract:

The present invention relates to a photo-hexyl ether compound, and a pharmaceutical composition and usage thereof. Particularly, the present invention relates to 2(4)-(1-hexyloxyethyl)-6,7-dipropionate-1,3,5,8-tetramethyl-4(2)-vinylporphyrin and analogs thereof, which are soluble in water, have stable properties, can be used as photosensitizers, and are suitable to be used for treating and diagnosing malignant tumors, precancerous lesions or benign lesions. The present invention also relates to a pharmaceutical composition comprising the novel compound, the usage of the novel compound and a preparation method for the novel compound.
