The present invention relates to a photocatalytic sterilization water purifier filtering and sterilizing, by means of a photocatalyst, tap water and, particularly, comprises: a filter unit (10) connected to a water pipe such that tap water is primarily filtered and purified by passing through a filter member (12); a photocatalytic sterilization unit (30) for accommodating the water, having been filtered in the filter unit (10), in the inner space thereof so as to sterilize the same by means of a photocatalyst; a magnetization unit for converting the water sterilized in the sterilization unit (30) into hexagonal water by means of a ferromagnetic magnet (50); a motor pump (61) for discharging, to a discharge pipe (70), the treated water sterilized in the sterilization unit (30); and an opening/closing valve (62) for opening a channel such that the treated water is discharged to the discharge pipe when the motor pump (61) is operated, wherein the filter unit (10) is attached to the outer surface of a main body case (20), and the filter housing (11) of the filter unit (10) is molded from a transparent material such that the degree of contamination of the filter member (12) therein can be visually recognized from the outside with the naked eye.
