Abstract:
A photochromic resin lens with the refractive index of 1.50 and a preparation method therefor. The lens comprises a resin monomer, a photochromic organic substance, an initiator, an antioxidant and a light stabilizer, with the mass ratio of 100: (0.01-0.1): (1-10): (0.1-0.9): (0.1-0.9). The resin monomer is a mixture of monofunctional acrylate, bifunctional acrylate and tetrafunctional acrylate, with the mass ratio of (10-80): (10-50): (10-50). The low-refractive-index discoloration resin lens is free of toxic raw materials, safer and more environment-friendly to wear and produce, and has the refractive index of 1.50, high Abbe number (58), clear imaging, high visible light transmittance and high percent of pass; and the visible light transmittance under ultraviolet irradiation is lower than 20%, the color is deep, and the discoloration effect is good.
