Abstract:
A photocurable acrylic thermo-conducting composition suitable for an acrylic thermoconductive sheet contains: a (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer; 300 to 2000 parts by mass of a thermoconductive filler with respect to 100 parts by mass of the (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer; 0.5 to 7.0 parts by mass of a photo-radical polymerization initiator; 0.5 to 4.0 parts by mass of a primary oxidation inhibitor; 0.5 to 8.0 parts by mass of a secondary oxidation inhibitor; and 0.1 to 4.0 parts by mass of a heat degradation inhibitor.
