Abstract:
Provided is an adhesive sheet which can completely fill up a bonding surface along stepped portions thereof to enable bonding work to be easily performed without a degradation in adhesion reliability even when irradiated with light for a long period of time. To this end, according to the present invention, there is proposed an adhesive sheet to be photocured which is formed from a resin composition containing a (meth)acrylic copolymer (A), a cross-linking agent (B), and a photopolymerization initiator (C), the adhesive sheet being characterized by being photocurable and having following characteristics (1) and (2): (1) exhibiting shape retention and self-adhesiveness at 0-40°C; and (2) having a viscosity of 100-3000 Pa∙S at 70-100°C.
