Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a photocurable composition which is capable of forming a high-modulus cured product (molded body) having excellent optical properties and having a much smaller amount of warpage in an imprinted support than existing cured products, wherein cracks are not generated in an anti-reflection layer above the cured product due to a heat treatment. [Solution] The present invention provides a photocurable composition for imprinting, the composition containing component (a), component (b), component (c), component (d), and component (e) below. (a): an alicyclic (meth)acrylate compound having at least one (meth)acryloyloxy group in one molecule (the compounds of component (b) are excluded), (b): a urethane (meth)acrylate compound or an epoxy (meth)acrylate compound, (c): surface-modified silica particles having a primary particle size of 1-100 nm, (d): a multifunctional thiol compound represented by formula (1), (e): a photo-radical initiator (in the formula, R1 represents a single bond or a C1-6 linear or branched alkylene group, X represents a single bond, an ester bond, or an ether bond, A1 represents a heteroatom or a C2-12 organic group containing at least one heteroatom or no heteroatom, and r1 represents an integer of 2-6)
