Provided are a photocurable graphene oxide and a preparation method therefor, the chemical structural formula of the photocurable graphene oxide being shown in (A). R is a graphene oxide carbon ring. The preparation method is: reacting anhydrous hydroxyl-rich graphene oxide with isocyanatoethyl methacrylate to form biocompatible and water-soluble photocurable graphene oxide molecules. As methacrylic acid groups are stored in the present photocurable graphene oxide, the substance still has photosensitivity, and due to the graft reaction between the hydroxyl group and the isocyanov alcohol, changes are made from the internal structure of the substance, such that when the prepared substance is used in photolithography and photocuring, the problems of reduced curing speed and reduced photosensitivity will not occur, and normal photocuring preparation can be implemented.
