Title:
PHOTOCURABLE INK
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/179682
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A conventional photocurable ink which comprises both a monomer having a vinyl ether group and a metal-containing colorant has a problem that the ink is cured in storage prior to ultraviolet irradiation through an unusual reaction between the monomer and the colorant to result in poor storage stability. In order to resolve this problem, the present invention provides a photocurable ink which is curable by photoirradiation, said ink comprising a monomer having a vinyl ether group, a metal-containing colorant, a photoreaction initiator and a reaction inhibitor, with the content by weight of the reaction inhibitor being higher than that of the metal-containing colorant.
