Abstract:
A photodetector (1) is provided with a photodiode (PDm,n), a photodiode switch
(SWm,n), an integrating circuit (12m) and a noise removing
circuit (13m). The integrating circuit (12m) accumulates
charges inputted from the photodiode (PDm,n) through the photodiode
switch (SWm,n) in a capacitor (Cfk), and outputs a voltage
value corresponding to the accumulated charge quantity. The noise removing
circuit (13m) is provided with an amplifier (A3), five switches
(SW31-SW35), four capacitors (C31-C34) and
a power supply (V3). A voltage value outputted from the integrating circuit
(12m) at a time when the switch (SW31) is changed first to
the open status from the closed status is fetched, and after such time, a voltage
value corresponding to a difference between a voltage value outputted from the
integrating circuit (12m) and the voltage value previously fetched
is outputted.
