Abstract:
The present invention provides a photodiode carrier that is able to arrange the frequency response characteristics of a plurality of mounted photodiodes. The photodiode carrier is provided with: a diode array connection region; a first and second signal-side electrode that are connected to the diode array connection region; a first and second bias-side electrode that are connected to the diode array connection region; and a first and second capacitor that are connected between a ground electrode and electrodes provided partway along the first and second bias-side electrodes. The electrodes provided partway along the first and second bias-side electrodes are positioned at approximately equivalent distances with the diode array connection region (7) as the starting point.
