Abstract:
Disclosed are a photoelectric conversion module and photoelectric conversion device having an increased conversion efficiency and achieved taking into account conventional problem points. The photoelectric conversion device is equipped with: a light absorption layer that contains an oxide semiconductor that can perform photoelectric conversion; and a semiconductor layer that contains an oxide semiconductor that is provided to one side of said light absorption layer. In said semiconductor layer, more sulfur is present in in the portion on the aforementioned light absorption layer side compared to the portion on the reverse side from the aforementioned light absorption layer.
