Abstract:
[Problem] To improve conversion efficiency in a photoelectric conversion device.
[Solution] A photoelectric conversion device (21) is provided with electrodes (2), first semiconductor layers (31) that contain a group I-III-VI semiconductor provided on the electrodes (2), and second semiconductor layers (32) provided on the first semiconductor layers (31) and having a conductivity type different from the first semiconductor layers (31). The ratio CVI/CI for the VI-B group element content CVI to the I-B group element content CI in the surface part (31a) of the second semiconductor layer (32) side of the first semiconductor layers (31) is larger than the ratio CVI/CI in the remainder (31b) on the electrode (2) side.
