Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a photoelectric conversion element material comprising: a base material; and a light receiving layer composed of a semiconductor film formed on the base material. The semiconductor film forming the light receiving layer is composed of Ag2-xBixSx+1 (x is an integer of 0 or 1), and has a crystallite diameter of 10-40 nm. The light receiving layer can be produced by applying ink, obtained by dispersing the semiconductor nanoparticles in a dispersion medium, to the base material and then firing the ink at 200-350ºC. A photoelectric conversion element material according to the present invention has absorption properties with respect to light having wavelengths in a near-infrared range, and has excellent photoresponsivity.
