Abstract:
A photoelectric conversion element, provided with: a first-conductivity-type or second-conductivity-type semiconductor substrate (1); a first-conductivity-type region (3, 65) on or in the plane of a first main surface (1b) of the semiconductor substrate (1); a second-semiconductor-type region (5, 63) on or in the plane of the first main surface (1b), or on or in the plane of a second main surface (1a) different from the first main surface (1b), of the semiconductor substrate (1); an electrode (7) on the first-conductivity-type region (3, 65); and an electrode (8) on the second-conductivity-type region (5, 63). At least one of the electrodes (7, 8) contains silver or silicon.
