Title:
PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT, AND ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR COMPOUND USED THEREFOR
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/125822
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a photoelectric conversion element with which a polymer compound into which diverse skeletons and substituent groups can be introduced is used to manifest a high open voltage. This photoelectric conversion element has a structure in which an anode, an active layer, and a cathode are arranged in the stated order, wherein the active layer contains a polymer compound having a benzobisthiazole structural unit represented by formula (1). [In formula (1), T1 and T2 each independently represent: a thiophene ring optionally substituted with an alkoxy group, a thioalkoxy group, a hydrocarbon group, or an organosilyl group; a thiazole ring optionally substituted with a hydrocarbon group or an organosilyl group; or a phenyl group optionally substituted with a hydrocarbon group, an alkoxy group, a thioalkoxy group, an organosilyl group, a halogen atom, or a trifluoromethyl group. B1 and B2 represent a thiophene ring optionally substituted with a hydrocarbon group, a thiazole ring optionally substituted with a hydrocarbon group, or an ethynylene group.]
