Title:
PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION ELEMENT AND ORGANIC SEMICONDUCTOR COMPOUND USED IN SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/132917
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a photoelectric conversion element that achieves a high open circuit voltage by the use of a polymer compound into which various skeletons and substitutes are able to be introduced. A photoelectric conversion element according to the present invention has a structure wherein a base, a cathode, an active layer and an anode are sequentially arranged in this order, and is characterized in that the active layer contains a polymer compound that has a benzobisthiazole structure unit represented by formula (1). (In formula (1), each of T1 and T2 independently represents a thiophene ring which may be substituted by an alkoxy group, a thioalkoxy group, a hydrocarbon group or an organosilyl group, a thiazole ring which may be substituted by a hydrocarbon group or an organosilyl group, or a phenyl group which may be substituted by a hydrocarbon group, an alkoxy group, a thioalkoxy group, an organosilyl group, a halogen atom or a trifluoromethyl group; and each of B1 and B2 represents a thiophene ring which may be substituted by a hydrocarbon group, a thiazole ring which may be substitute by a hydrocarbon group, or an ethynylene group.)
