Abstract:
The problem to be solved is to provide a photoelectric conversion element, a solar cell, and a solar cell module with improved photoelectric conversion efficiency. This problem is solved by providing a photoelectric conversion element comprising a pair of electrodes, an active layer arranged between the electrodes, and an electron extraction layer arranged between at least one of the electrodes and the active layer, the photoelectric conversion element being characterized in that the active layer contains a copolymer having a repeating unit represented by general formula (1), and the electron extraction layer contains a compound represented by general formula (E1).
