Title:
PHOTOELECTRIC CONVERSION FILM, SOLID-STATE IMAGING ELEMENT AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/129298
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[Problem] To improve the imaging characteristics of a solid-state imaging element. [Solution] A photoelectric conversion film which contains a subphthalocyanine derivative represented by general formula (1). In general formula (1), at least one of X1 and X2, at least one of X3 and X4, and at least one of X5 and X6 respectively represent a partial fluoroalkyl group that is substituted by two or more fluorine atoms or a perfluoroalkyl group; and Z represents an arbitrary substituent that is capable of forming a bond with a boron atom.
