Abstract:
This photoelectric hybrid substrate comprises an optical waveguide and an electric circuit substrate in order toward one direction in the thickness direction. The photoelectric hybrid substrate comprises an electrode at one end part in a first direction that is orthogonal to the thickness direction. The photoelectric hybrid substrate is optically and electrically connected to an optical element that emits light from between the one end part and the other end part in the first direction. The electric circuit substrate includes: a terminal part that is electrically connected to the electrode; and a support part that supports the other end part, in the first direction, of the optical element. The optical waveguide includes a light reception part for receiving light emitted from the optical element. When projected in the thickness direction, the light reception part is located between the terminal part and the support part, and one surface, in the thickness direction, of the terminal part is located on the other side, in the thickness direction, with respect to one surface, in the thickness direction, of the support part.
