Title:
PHOTOELECTRIC MECHANICAL SWITCH AND KEYBOARD BUTTON COMPOSITION
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2018/058846
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
Disclosed is a photoelectric mechanical switch, comprising upper and lower covers (2, 3), a pressing shaft (1), a master spring (4), and a sounding light path mechanism consisting of an auxiliary spring (5), a hammer (6), a hammer limiting guide slot (7) and a guiding support (8). The guiding support is in linkage with the pressing shaft; the guiding support is provided with a slanted recess (81); an upper end of the hammer is provided with a protruding strip (61) which is arranged in the slanted recess and can move freely along the slanted recess; when the guiding support moves up and down, the protruding strip is limited by the slanted recess to drive the hammer itself to rotate; a lower end of the hammer is arranged in the hammer limiting guide slot provided with a groove (71) for the protruding strip to slide in; and the lower end of the hammer is equipped with a sounding light path structure. By using an independent sounding light path mechanism, when the pressing shaft is pressed, a more obvious and clear-cut pressing and touch feeling and button pressing sounds can be presented, and a good light path on-off function can be realized. In addition, by the plugging mode of the switch and a PCB, and by using a surface mounting production technology to process the photoelectric circuits of the PCB, the processing efficiency and the yield can be improved substantially, the material cost and the production cost are reduced, and a strong practicality is provided.
