Abstract:
Provided are a photographing control device, a photographing device, a photographing control method and a photographing control program which can suppress, through an easy control, a flicker when photographing is performed during an exposure time shorter than a blinking cycle of a light source. A system control unit (11) of a digital camera (100) executes: a photographing control step in which a photographing element (5) that photographs a subject through a variable ND filter (3), the transmissivity of which is variable, is controlled to obtain photographed image data; and a step in which a flicker, which is generated in the photographed image data, is detected on the basis of the photographed image data, and in which, on the basis of the detected flicker, the transmissivity of the variable ND filter (3) is controlled to a state in which the amount of light incident to the photographing element (5) fluctuates in a cycle T3 shorter than the cycle T1 of the flicker, wherein, in the photographing control step, the exposure time of the photographing element (5) is controlled to a multiple of a natural number of the fluctuation cycle T3 of the light amount incident to the photographing element (5) in a state in which the transmissivity of the variable ND filter (3) is controlled to said state.
