Title:
PHOTOGRAPHING DISTURBANCE DETECTION DEVICE, PHOTOGRAPHING DISTURBANCE DETECTION SYSTEM, AND PHOTOGRAPHING DISTURBANCE DETECTION METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/161955
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
This photographing disturbance detection device (100) is provided with: a deduced information acquisition unit (110) which acquires disturbance deduction information that indicates of whether or not there is photographing disturbance in a plurality of imaging devices installed on a railroad vehicle (10), and that is deduced through comparisons between the brightness of respective images captured by the imaging devices and predetermined reference brightness corresponding to each of the imaging devices; and a disturbance identification unit (160) which, in the case when photographing disturbance is deduced to exist in a first imaging device among the plurality of imaging devices on the basis of the disturbance deduction information acquired by the deduction information acquisition unit (110) for the respective imaging devices, identifies whether or not there exists photographing disturbance in the first imaging device on the basis of the duration of a period in which the presence of photographing disturbance is deduced to have continued in the first imaging device and on the basis of whether or not a deduction on the presence/absence of photographing disturbance has been made with respect to a second imaging device different from the first imaging device among the plurality of imaging devices.
