The present invention relates to a photographing method, a photographing apparatus and a photographing system. The photographing method comprises: a display terminal receiving a photographing request input by a user; the display terminal generating, according to the photographing request, a photographing instruction including time information; the display terminal sending the photographing instruction to a photographing device; according to the time information, the photographing device searching a cache for an image collected by the photographing device at a time indicated by the time information; and storing the image found. According to the photographing method provided in the embodiments of the present invention, by means of time information included in a photographing instruction, an image collected by a photographing device at a time indicated by the time information is found in a cache of the photographing device, so that an image corresponding to a preview picture which a user actually wants to take can be accurately found, and the image is stored, thereby solving the problem that a picture which the user actually takes and a current displayed picture are inconsistent due to a display delay.
